This book was published by the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and the PCARRD in 2004. A SANREM publication, "Winning the water war: watersheds, water policies and water institutions", is recipient
of the OUTSTANDING BOOK AWARD for 2007 given by the Philippines' National Academy of Science and
Technology (NAST). Awarding ceremonies will be held on July 12, 2007 at the Manila Hotel.
With editors Agnes C. Rola, Herminia A. Francisco, and Jennifer P.T. Ligutan, the book covers nine chapters.
